Women in Property National Chairman’s Reception, 22nd April
Over 150 guests came to the prestigious Manton Foyer, Tate Britain for the Association of Women in Property’s National Chairman’s Reception this week, sponsored by Drivers Jonas, to welcome Maria Francké, Head of Planning and Development, Scotland at Drivers Jonas as National Chairman.
Maria, who took the role on 1st March this year, spoke passionately about the Association’s commitment to encouraging girls and young women into the industry and urged employers to do the same.
With this in mind, Maria officially launched Women in Property’s second National Student Awards programme, which was first run in 2007 to mark the 20th birthday of the Association. The Awards are open to second year female students studying Built Environment courses.
