Title: Stress and anxiety management workshop

Women in Property were delighted to welcome back Jane Forrest, Director of Artwrite Scotland Limited, who brought a small group of Women In Property members and guests alive with an enlightening workshop on the very topical subject of stress management!

A great evening was had by all and, I think it's safe to say, everyone left the event feeling better and having had a really good night.

The workshop provided some great insights into what and how we eat, how to catch a moment for some much needed relaxation through our busy days and creative ways of expressing our feelings.

Many thanks to Jane for joining us on the night and for providing such an interesting discussion.
