Title: Branch Report on 'Environmental Risks in Property Transactions' Seminar
Irwin Mitchell Solicitors Leeds office hosted a seminar on Wednesday 6th August on behalf of the Yorkshire and North East branch of the Association of Women in Property.
The subject of the seminar was 'Environmental Risks in Property Transactions' and was presented by Phillip Swaine of Landmark Information Group, a lawyer who works for the leading UK environmental data provider. The seminar was very well attended with representatives from various property related disciplines including Allsop, Brooke North, Buro Happold, Harris Partnership, Irwin Mitchell, Lambert Smith Hampton, PKF and Lloyds TSB. Attendees enjoyed a buffet and had the opportunity to network after the seminar.
