Title: Site Visit to Perth Concert Hall

Women and Property and BIFM had a combined site visit to Perth Concert Hall on a beautiful evening at the end of May.

The evening started with a fascinating talk by Bruce Kennedy of BDP Architects, who won the design competition and were involved throughout the build process.

We then had a ‘behind the scenes’ tour of the building, including the artists dressing rooms, the basements and the gantry above the stage, which all gave us an insight into the complexities of a design and build of this nature.

Thanks to all at Perth Concert Hall for their hospitality!
