==========================
Ever thought about mentoring? Or being mentored?
==========================

You might be an old hand or this could be a new departure for you. Either way, mentoring is an enriching and fulfilling experience for both mentor and mentee, a two-way learning partnership.

For the mentee, this brings the guidance, inspiration and advice that will help you achieve your professional and personal ambitions. For the mentor, you will refresh your staff management, communication and listening skills and learn how others tackle challenging situations.

The Association of Women in Property in association with the UKRC Mentoring Programme has offered mentoring support as a member benefit since 2004. To date, over 130 members have completed the programme and enjoyed the benefits that involvement in mentoring can bring.

Cost: Free to 'Women in Property' Members Only
