The Little Britain Challenge Cup is the biggest UK gathering of senior figureheads from the construction and property industry. With 250 yachts and upwards of 3000 participants it is the industry's top social and sporting event, which annually raises upwards of £150,000 for various sailing charities For the fifth consecutive year, the Association of Women in Property is entering a yacht in this prestigious event.

Find out about the a new way of life in the heart of the City of Cardiff

In Autumn 2009, the much-anticipated St David’s 2 development will be completed transforming Cardiff into one of the top shopping destinations in the UK.

The brand new £675m mixed use scheme will create 4,000 jobs and bring 93 new shops, nine large stores - including Wales’ first John Lewis - 25 new cafes and restaurants and more than 300 luxury apartments thanks to the St David’s Partnership.
This presentation will introduce you to the residential aspect of the scheme - Hayes Apartments; it will set a new benchmark for city centre living in Cardiff.
