The Little Britain Challenge Cup is the biggest UK gathering of senior figureheads from the construction and property industry. With 250 yachts and upwards of 3000 participants it is the industry's top social and sporting event, which annually raises upwards of £150,000 for various sailing charities For the fifth consecutive year, the Association of Women in Property is entering a yacht in this prestigious event.

Mentoring can help at any stage of your career – a two-way learning partnership which is an enriching, fulfilling, beneficial experience for both mentor and mentee.
This session outlines the benefits of a mentoring relationship, rehearses the skills for effective mentoring relationships and gives trainees an opportunity to apply these skills in a nurturing environment.
Our regional winners from the Student Awards will be participating following their final interviews in the morning giving everyone the opportunity to meet the rising stars of the future!
