Caroline is Director of her own Land & New Homes Consultancy business set up 2 years ago. The company offers a pick and mix service including Land Acquisition, Market Research, Training, Site Consultancy, Troubleshooting, Recruitment & Marketing. Having never lost a client in nearly 10 years, customer service is high on the agenda. Lasting Impressions acts for National Builders including George Wimpey & Gleeson Regeneration and local builders including Carlton Developments and Ben Bailey Homes. Caroline Lunness, founder, first started in the industry 10 years ago and has gained a wealth of experience in Estate Agency & New Homes from front line selling to senior management. In 2000 one of Caroline's valued clients named a new development street after her, Lunness Court, as thanks for the high level of service.

Sally Smith
Vice Chair

Sally is Planning Manager for Redrow Homes, operating in the East and West Midlands. Her role involves the acquisition of strategic land, site promotion through the planning system, project management and providing planning advice on immediate land purchases. Since working for Redrow Sally has been managing the progress of a major urban extension of over 800 dwellings and a new settlement of 5000 homes.

Angela Butler
Vice Chair

Angela is a Senior Associate Solicitor with Geldards LLP based at their office in Derby. Angela heads up the residential property team in the Midlands and looks after various National and Regional Residential Developers and their sites in both England and Wales. Angela joined the practice in 2001 and the department has gone from strength to strength since that time and we are now working on many projects for our Developer clients both large and small.

Catherine Keep

Catherine heads up the Nottingham office for the award-winning Midlands PR consultancy, WPR. Catherine joined WPR in 2005, building on her eight years of experience where she worked for private consultancies based in Birmingham and London. Her past experience includes such prestigious names as Taylor Woodrow, Nokia, The National Lottery and Land Rover. Now, firmly established within the B2B and commercial property sector, Catherine delivers PR programmes for the £900m redevelopment project, EastsideCity, leading Midlands property consultants, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor and the Government's national regeneration agency, English Partnerships. Working with a growing team in Nottinghamshire, Catherine maintains strong links with WPR's Birmingham office to position the company as a leading PR agency right across the Midlands.

Hilary Taylor
Treasurer

Maber Associates offers a professional service in the fields of Architecture, Interior and Landscape Design. Centrally based in the East Midlands, with offices in Nottingham and Derby, Maber Associates is able to offer its servcies both locally and nationwide. Hilary joined Maber Associates in 1992 and since then has worked on a wide variety of projects both commercial and residential, in both the East Midlands and nationally. Her portfolio covers all disciplines from new build to refurbishment - developing projects from concept to completion with an excellent understanding of liaising with clients, developers, local authorities and contractors. Hilary is now promoting Interior Design within the commercial arena for Maber Associates and because of this has recently gained promotion to Associate Director.

Angela Barbaro-Robins
Educations Officer

Angela trained at Chelsea College of Art & Design and is the Director of ANPA Interiors, set up four years ago. She has 21 years of property experience, predominantly in the domestic market, doing interior design, remodelling and project management. Her experience spans out to having designed and project managed a corporate Head Office in Rome for a multi national. ANPA Interiors was establised to focus on providing the highest level of personalised service to customes giving them a one stop shop for all interior needs. ANPA's core business activities are design, supply, installation and project management which are primarily but not exclusively in kitchens, bedrooms and home studies.
